Second Life Radio

Another fascinating character that I’ve been interacting with a lot of late is Sitearm Madonna, a Second Life catalyst who is tirelessly promoting virtual Dublin as the venue of choice for music. His latest promotion is a Second Life live music radio station.
The radio events are quite close to my virtual Dublin gallery so do pop in - we’ve not officially open yet but who cares.
Ham Rambler (PickSL Dublin Services and father of virtual Dublin says): “Through Dublin in Second Life and PicksSL, I have worked tirelessly with the Live Music Community to raise their profile. Hosting SL Live Radio is my way of meeting a commitment I made to the Musicians at SLCC to promote their music and artistry within and outside Second Life.”
Cher Harrington (Radio Cher): “I manage SL Live Radio to give the SL live artists an extra platform within SL and a voice to propel them outside of SL. I love live music in SL and what caught me was the convenience and pure enjoyment of listening to a variety of music in my own home, and I want to give that feeling back to the SL community.”
Hep Shepherd (SL Live Musician): “Sl radio has brought amazing exposure for my music. It is a major step in bringing SL music to the world.”
Austie Pegler (Listener): “This is what we’ve been waiting for! SL Live Radio provides the freshest sounds out there. And the best part is, they’re all from our SL community! What a great way to unite talent in SecondLife!”
