Jobneters About to Launch Post-beta Site

Jobneters is finally launching its post-beta site and it may turn the recruitment world on its head.

Whereas the conventional recruiting world works when a recruiter goes out to seek an employee, Jobneters process begins when users and members recommend people for jobs.

Not the easiest concept to get to grips with. What jobneters is doing is formalising word of mouth reputation-building in the jobs’ market.

You can join jobneters as a recruiter, referrer or job seeker. It’s the work of the referrers though that powers the system. These are the reputation builders.

I find it hard to get my head around people online building or dismantling my reputation…. but they can do that anyway.

Job ads also power most media enterprises. I wait to understand what impact jobneters might have on media enterprise income.
