Simplicity and Diversity

I had a brief e-mail exchange the past couple of days with Mark Evans over at… Mark Evans.

The gist of it boils down to this Dead 2.0 message: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Mark and I had been speculating who was really behind Dead 2.0. Could it be Michael Arrington? Whoever, the potential law suit between Techcrunch and techcrush and the outing of Dead 2.0 amounted to some traffic.

These two events add up to some way to test out the effectiveness of viral indignation.

I found myself irresistibly drawn into it as a poster and commenter. Over here The Idea Dude was saying we need to resistbeing sucked into these debates or rather we need to hang onto the unique elements of what we’re doing on our blogs. Chasing the A list ain’t necessarily where it is at.

Nice to see these things being discussed.
