Myfoodphone (You Are What You Do - by the way does anyone know the ethicurean - you are what you chew - a far better pun) is a food logging and advisory service that runs through your mobile phone - you participate by taking photographs of your meals, every meal you eat. Every two weeks you get a report. It builds on the rapidly growing tradition of using the web/mobile networks to provide support for everyday tasks.
The idea behind new food tracker services is of course evidence that recording eating habits helps you break them.
I doubt I could be bothered but my wife travels a forty mile round trip once a week to see her diet motivator, so three pix a day… what about all the snacking though?
