There’s a real challenge ahead to make IPTV work for viewers. When browsers first began appearing a lot of us were trying to make them more visually attractive and improve their navigation potential by using visual allegories.
I wonder what other areas of the knowledge management business can learn as more visually orientated service companies like Tamblin start to figure in the public space.
